Australian burger restaurant "Burger Urge has created a controversial marketing campaign by mailing out condoms inscribed with the tagline, "get intimate with our new premium beef."
Urge owner Sean Carthew has unsurprisingly received a fair share of complaints, at least one from a parent concerned that a child might find the condom. Others promised never to patronize Burger Urge. Carthew defended the his ad campaign, saying that the eatery has "some big franchise competitors and we're a small business... We're just trying to be a little bit creative about how we can market."
Burger Urge certainly isn't backing off on the campaign, judging from their website and facebook page many comments appear to be more positive, with some questioning the effectiveness of the gimmick.
I personally don't mind the it, I found the image of the woman licking the cow's face that you'll see as soon as you visit their website, with the text telling you to get more intimate with their beef a bit more bothersome.
Oh wait it's Premium Beef, that makes the thought of bestiality so much easier to digest.

Australia. Land of quattro is no ordinary TV commercial. Audi hacked quadcopters to track their car through Australia and create a multi-angle, multi-screen, interactive commercial — designed to be instantly and infinitely remixable from the comfort of your couch.
To achieve this agency Holler and production company Aloha Films had to reinvent the way they shot a commercial. They used 'dynamic waypoint' hacked quadcopters (arduino) and 3DR telemetry tracking technology to match the Audi quattro turn for turn and capture each scene over and over again, so you can take the director's chair and create your very own commercial to share.
See how they did it in the "making of" clip, below and then try creating your own Audi TV commercial.

Australian supermarket giant Woolworths enlisted the music and lovely voice of Gossling to sing Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, I Love You in this new TV commercial.
Gossling is the name on the tip of everybody's tongue at the moment. "That voice" you may recognize from recent Triple J hit “Wild Love”, her performance as part of the wedding challenge on Channel 9's The Block, or perhaps from triple platinum, "Boys Like You" on which she guests with 360.
Hailing from country Victoria, Helen Croome developed her musical interests through her family and strong music culture in Albury/Wodonga. After putting her Psychology/Sociology studies on hold to concentrate on a Bachelor of Music (Composition), Croome met the musicians now joining her as Gossling.
Gossling's style is distinctive and sweet; mixing heart felt lyrics with graceful melodies. Prepare to be charmed, heart broken and delighted as Gossling enchants your ears and warms your heart.

Capi, the Australian bottler of "Hard To Make — Easy To Drink" natural carbonated refreshments turns to a wild jungle man in it's newest advertising campaign. Director Steve Ayson said "Getting the character right was a lot of fun. He had to be the right balance of authenticity and idiocy. The guy we found brought a unique sense of both to the table." We agree Steve!
The Saatchi&Saatchi created campaign includes four fun and quirky spots where the Capi Jungle Man enjoys making people feel rather uncomfortable: above, the: 60 second "Natural" TVC and below he shares his "Bite" experience and introduces his charming wife, as well we get his thoughts on "Cuba" and the "Congo".
