It's always questionable to run across two ad concepts that mirror each other. But, and this may be for the first time ever, we've unearthed three near-replicas — and one's the spot Skechers ran during the Super Bowl on Sunday night.
The first (and original?) was created in 2005 from Denver's own Genesis for the BolderBOULDER. The second, posted to YouTube in July of 2006, appeared at Cannes the same year. Created by Leo Burnett Paris, it promoted Charal Meats. Last but not least, you probably remember Skechers man vs. cheetah ad from two nights ago. Safe to put this concept to bed now?
